SARA AND EFFIE — RETURNS AND SATISFACTION POLICY

We want every Sara and Effie experience to be exactly what you hoped for.

Because our teas are consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales on consumable products are final.

First time ordering with us? If your first Sara and Effie tea is not everything you hoped for contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will find a way to make it right. We want your first cup to be the beginning of something beautiful, not a disappointment.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@saraandeffie.com and we will make it right. We stand behind every blend we make and your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
