This website is operated by Sara and Effie LLC. Throughout the site the terms we, us, and our refer to Sara and Effie LLC. By visiting our site and purchasing from us you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible including colors and images. We cannot guarantee that your device display will be perfectly accurate.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and sales to any person or geographic region at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If we make a change to or cancel an order we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information for all transactions. You agree to promptly update your information including payment details so we can complete your transactions.
Section 6 — Returns and Satisfaction
Because our teas are consumable food products all sales are final. However if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described please contact us within 7 days at admin@saraandeffie.com and we will make it right.
First time ordering with us? If your first Sara and Effie tea is not everything you hoped for contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will find a way to make it right.
