SARA AND EFFIE — SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high volume periods such as launch weeks, holidays, and promotional events processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.
Shipping Within the United States
We ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Standard shipping — 5 to 8 business days from shipment date. Expedited shipping — 2 to 3 business days from shipment date.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
If your tracking shows an unexplained delay or your package appears stuck please contact us at admin@saraandeffie.com and we will do everything we can to help.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. If you are outside the US and would like to be notified when we begin shipping internationally follow along at saraandeffie on Instagram for announcements.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it please first check with neighbors and household members in case it was received on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at admin@saraandeffie.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
For packages confirmed as lost in transit please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us at admin@saraandeffie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
We take great care in packing every Sara and Effie order beautifully — if something arrives less than perfect we want to know about it and we will make it right.
