Black Ceylon tea with rose petals and cardamom. Born in our Arizona garden.
There is a morning in early spring when the roses open all at once and the garden smells like nothing else in the world. This tea was born in that moment.
Garden Rose Tea begins with Princess Alexandra of Kent an English roses growing in our Arizona cottage garden. Her beauty, scent, and the slow mornings spent among them inspired everything about this blend. The tea itself is crafted in Arizona and formulated with care in Sri Lanka. This is a black Ceylon tea with dried rose petals and cardamom, balanced into something floral, warm, and deeply considered.
Open the canister and the cardamom hits you first. Then the rose. In the cup the liquor is a light to medium amber with warm coppery highlights and exceptional clarity. The taste is sweet and round with very little bitterness, a light caramel note from the black tea base and a freshness from the cardamom that lingers long after the last sip.
This is a tea for the moment you put the phone down and simply sit with something beautiful.
The artwork on every canister is painted by Nilanee, a watercolor artist and the founder's mother, who captures the garden exactly as it looks.

Each tea engages the senses with delight: The flavors are enchanting, the aroma is heavenly, and the water color artistry on the packaging is truly a treat for the eyes as well as the pretty pyramid tea bags!
This is delicate and floral without being overpowering, with a smoothness that makes it feel more like a ritual than just a drink. I've started making it my wind down tea in the evenings, and the aroma alone is worth it. My kids even asked for a sip and loved it, which makes me wish there was a caffeine free version so they could have their own cup too. Beautifully done, you can tell a lot of care went into the blend.
I lived the taste very light I love the fragrance. Such a beautiful tea
